GENESIS Duo - AV over IP

OVERVIEW

The GENESIS Duo encoder series are robust standalone units allowing up to two video and analogue audio signals to be streamed to an unlimited number of end users across the network in real-time.

The GENESIS encoder provides two channels of H.264 high profile video compression with resolutions up to 1920x1200p/60fps along with up to 2 audio channels, multi-casting and multi-unicasting.

In addition, GENESIS encoder series come with a KVM (Keyboard, Video and Mouse) extender over IP when working in conjunction with the GENESIS Decoder. This enables users to locate their critical computing hardware in a secure and temperature controlled environment far away from the user workstation and centrally manage all of the distributed computers over the network.

The GENESIS Duo Decoder is designed to decode IP streams from any IP cameras and encoders with RTSP protocol. It provides a simple monitoring solution by enabling analogue or digital monitors to connect to and display live video from IP cameras and video encoders.
The GENESIS Decoder can decode full frame rate video streams in H.264 and MPEG4 in all resolutions up to1080p. The video decoder can provide either digital or analogue video output. Video from any number of IP cameras or encoders can be shown in sequence.

In addition, GENESIS Decoder comes with KVM (Keyboard, Video and Mouse) extender over IP when working in conjunction with the GENESIS Encoder. This allows users to control multiple PCs from a single keyboard, monitor and mouse. By providing central access and control for multiple PCs, servers or workstations, organisations can realise a range of benefits including easy access to company PCs, enhanced security and a clutter-free work environment by locating their critical computing hardware in a secure and temperature controlled environment far away from the user workstation.
